Marketplace Role
FlippaLand provides an online venue where independent buyers and sellers can connect. FlippaLand is not a party to property purchase contracts and does not act as a broker, title company, lender, appraiser or legal adviser.
Accounts and Listings
Members must provide accurate information, protect their login credentials and have authority to publish any listing they submit. Misleading, unlawful or duplicate content may be removed.
Fees and Payments
Standard listings are free. Paid listing promotion and dealer features are provided according to the package shown at purchase. Property purchase funds should be handled through a real estate lawyer or Quebec notary chosen by the parties.
Due Diligence and Conduct
Users must independently verify property facts and communicate lawfully and respectfully. Fraud, harassment, unauthorized data collection and attempts to compromise the service are prohibited.
Availability and Liability
The service may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, FlippaLand is not responsible for independent user conduct, listing accuracy or the outcome of a property transaction.
